The session begins with a relaxing foot bath and informal chat, to clarify the focus of your experience, before we move onto a 60-minute massage.
Evonne will help you into a side-lying position on our comfortable, and gently heated, massage bed. Using a pillow between your knees to support pelvic alignment, a Denton pillow to support your growing baby bump, and a Himalayan salt pillow to lay your head, breathe easy knowing that you and your baby are safe and comfortable.
This pregnancy relaxation massage is designed to ease pain, reduce tightness through your hips, back, and neck, and promote blood flow through your feet, ankles, and legs.

Remedial massage focuses on areas of the body which benefit from restorative massage techniques.
Through the experienced and nurturing hands of Evonne, feel your aches and pains release, through this more intense massage style.
Our remedial massage first starts with a review of the muscles, ligaments, tendons and posture, before we move into targeted massage of these areas of concern.
Benefits of remedial massage include; a release of aches and pains, and improved range of movement.
We don’t align with the concept of ‘no pain, no gain’, and our remedial massages are an enjoyable experience.
We’ll supply you with a receipt and provider number, so you can make a claim through your private health insurance company.
